The 160-ton gantry press PPTLM-160 is a high-end gantry-type press with a worktable and a motorized press frame mounted on it, designed for straightening large and heavy structures as well as metal sheets. The equipment features a motorized gantry frame that moves longitudinally and a motorized cylinder that moves laterally, allowing easy access to different pressing and straightening points. The longitudinal movement of the gantry is controlled by a frequency inverter and a cogged belt, ensuring precise motion. The large lower table (3000 × 1800 mm) facilitates the placement and removal of heavy parts. The press is operated via a wireless remote control and includes an emergency stop function. All presses meet CE safety requirements.
