ACS CARS Autocom is a mobile ADAS calibration stand for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The system is designed according to the manufacturers' measurement specifications and is activated via Autocom CARS diagnostic software. Note: Calibration targets can only be used in conjunction with target adjustment rails.

Principle of operation:

During calibration, the reference target is set to the dimensions specified by the OE. The camera reads the target pattern for the specific model and the control unit analyses the resulting data. If the parameters are within tolerances, the system confirms successful calibration. If a deviation is detected, the Autocom CARS software generates a DTC error code and a warning signal is activated on the vehicle's dashboard. After the procedure, a calibration report can be generated and printed for the customer.
