The REYM-101-PRO is professional metallization equipment designed to form metal coatings using gas-dynamic cold spraying technology. The equipment allows for the spraying of aluminum, zinc, copper, nickel, and their alloys onto a surface without the use of a furnace or open flame. Metal particles accelerated by a stream of compressed air mechanically bond to the substrate surface, forming a dense, well-adhering coating. The technology is suitable for repairing cracks, pores, and worn areas, as well as for surface restoration and the formation of protective or conductive coatings.

For the equipment to operate properly, a compressor with a capacity of at least 400 L/min and an air dryer is required to ensure a stable operating pressure of 6-7 bar.

If the pressure is below 6 bar, the equipment will not start properly.

If the pressure exceeds 7 bar, the system may operate incorrectly.
