DPF1001+ is a modern DPF and CAT filter cleaning device designed for cleaning filters in passenger cars and vans. Cleaning is performed using a high-pressure water jet combined with a special detergent. The equipment allows checking the condition of filters before and after cleaning, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the work performed. After cleaning, the filters are quickly dried using a hot air drying process. Easy operation is ensured by a PLC system with an Android operating system.

Cleaning Process:

The average duration of a single filter cleaning is 20–30 minutes, depending on the level of contamination. Without changing the water, 5–10 cleanings can be performed, depending on the filters' contamination. One kilogram of detergent is sufficient to clean approximately five filters. The equipment comes with 10 kg of detergent.
