Induction heater KMi Heater X150

Induction heater KMi heater X150

This induction heater KMi heater X150 is intended for fast, efficient and safe heating of metal parts. It is an excellent and much safer analogue of conventional heating devices, such as those where an open flame is used. The device is very useful for repairing various vehicles, installing or removing various parts.

Features:

• Induction heating allows you to reach the required temperature of the object much faster than with traditional methods and allows for better regulation and processing of sensitive areas. It's an advanced, efficient way to heat parts without seriously damaging them
• Even and stable heating - the object is heated evenly, without local hot spots that occur due to the flame during heating. Built-in sensors ensure that parts will not overheat when the target temperature is reached
• A safer and more comfortable working environment for the operator - the risk of burns is reduced for him, there is no risk of open flame, hot gas, fire and explosion
• A much simpler operating principle, lower consumption costs and no operational burdens associated with renting and purchasing gas cylinders.
• The parts can be heated up to 800 ˚C
• The M12 bolt can be heated up to 500˚C in about 20 seconds.
