A compact and mobile spray booth designed for fast, local body repair work on site without moving the vehicle to a fixed booth. It is a logistically convenient solution that saves time and costs. In the enclosed space you can sand, spray, bond, and dry, while the recirculating air system with multilayer filtration ensures a clean and healthy working environment. Large inlet/outlet surfaces and a powerful motor maintain a steady airflow, and LED lighting provides uniform visibility across the entire work area.

Functions:

• Mobility on casters—the booth can be used in the middle of the workshop or next to the vehicle, even without external extraction
• Two sets of transparent PVC curtains on both long sides—parts or vehicles can be fully or partially positioned inside and isolated from the surroundings
• Work can be carried out entirely inside the booth, or the booth can be positioned against the vehicle with the repair area masked off with protective tape
• Seven-layer efficient air filtration; purified air is returned to the booth (recirculation)
• Filters used: fiberglass primary filter and pre-filter, medium-efficiency filter, bag filter, and 3-layer honeycomb activated carbon filter (against dust, chemical vapors, and odors)
• Large inlet/outlet areas and a powerful motor ensure a constant airflow of 4100–7370 m³/h
