A singleunit performs the main stages of filter regeneration—flow ratetesting, washing, cleaning with pulsed compressed air, and drying. A closed-loopwater circulation and filtration system allows for the reuse of water,while a PLC controller with a touchscreen display helps to preciselymanage the cleaning process and key operating parameters.

* Cleaningprocess:

  • Before starting the cleaning process, you can check the filter’s flow rate and assess its clogging level.The filter is washed with circulating water, and pulsed compressed air helps toremove soot, ash, and other contaminants accumulated in the filter channels.
  • After washing is complete,the filter is dried with hot air. Repeated flow rate measurements allow you tocompare the results before and after cleaning and evaluate the effectiveness of the work performed.Technical

  • It is recommended to set the pulse air pressure 0.1–0.15 MPa higher than the value displayed on the cleaning pressure gauge. It is recommended not to exceed 0.5 MPa pulse air pressure.
  • If the cleaningpressure exceeds 0.4 MPa, it is recommended to open the bypass valve and initiallycontinue flushing with water without using pulse air. Once the pressure has decreased, you canactivate the pulsed air function.
