RAM-EXAM™ is a complete and ergonomic measurement system designed primarily for full shape inspection of commercial vehicle frames. Most of the components have a quick-mounting system based on magnetic mounts, which use modern and reliable neodymium magnets. The measurements are supported by specialized TRUCK-REPORT™ software.

RAM-EXAM™ is a laser-based device for measuring the shape geometry of commercial vehicle frames. It enables shape inspection and can be used both as a diagnostic device and as a system that allows continuous inspection while conducting vehicle repairs.

RAM-EXAM™ works with TRUCK REPORT software. Optionally, the results are plotted on the measurement protocol sheets by the measurement supervisor. The parameters that can be measured with the RAM-EXAM™ system are: BEAMS LINEARITY, AXIALITY, FLATNESS and ANGULARITY.
