SCR emulator for Volvo / Renault DXi Euro 4 / 5 and EEV trucks that use the electric V2 system and are manufactured from 2004 to 2013.

Most important features:

• Emulation of whole AdBlue system
• Fully water resistant
• Very small device (can be hidden in wire wiring)
• Produced from industrial components
• Aftertreatment system can be removed after emulator installation

Emulated components of AdBlue system:

• Pump including pressure sensor
• NOx sensor upstream
• Temperature sensor
• AdBlue level and temperature sensor
• ECU DENOX
• Heaters

There are 3 versions of the emulator:

• A PCB board that can replace the NOx sensor electronics
• Plug and play (QC), with the same connector as the NOx sensor
• A wired emulator that can be connected to the truck wiring harness
