Automatic Wheel Balancer BD-631

Functions:

• Work area lighting – LED lighting to make it easier to inspect and clean the rim and accurately apply adhesive weights.
• Laser pointer – helps quickly locate the exact position for placing the balance weight.
• Automatic wheel stop.
• Main balancing shaft – 40 mm diameter; longitudinally ground surface and high-quality heat treatment. The aluminum drive pulley is corrosion resistant. As a result, the main shaft can be used safely and reliably for many years.
• 2D measuring arm – made of aluminum alloy with highly precise measurement parameters; allows very accurate measurements, easy marking of the adhesive weight position, and automatic input of rim diameter and distance.
• Control panel – LED display with dedicated keys for entering data and selecting balancing programs. Additional LEDs show wheel imbalance parameters, results, and the correction position.
• Side storage trays – keep accessories within easy reach.
• Protective wheel hood – used to start and stop balancing operations.
