Shock absorber and suspension test bench Unimetal TUZ-1/L

Shock absorber and suspension test bench Unimetal TUZ-1/L

Country of origin: Poland, warranty period – 24 months

The Unimetal TUZ-1/L is a specialized testing stand for shock absorbers and suspension systems, designed for light vehicles with a maximum weight of up to 3.5 tons. The equipment operates based on the EUSAMA method and evaluates shock absorber efficiency according to the vehicle’s response to continuous vibrations. The grip on the testing plate is expressed as a percentage. The stand can function as an independent unit or as an integrated component of the UNILINE QUANTUM 2000 diagnostic lane. Internal safety mechanisms allow heavy vehicles to drive over the stand without the need for additional protective covers, making the device ideal for intensive use.

Features:

• Evaluation of shock absorber efficiency using the EUSAMA method
• Measurement of the vehicle’s vibrational response
• Grip measurement expressed as a percentage – easy result interpretation
• Can be integrated into the UNILINE QUANTUM 2000 diagnostic lane
• Internal protection design allows drive-over by heavy vehicles without additional covers
• Can be installed in-ground using a frame structure
• Additional function – detection of suspension noise and looseness

Technical Specifications:

• Maximum axle load during measurement: 2 tons
• Maximum axle load when driving over: 18 tons
