The pedal-operated bead breaker ensures easy and safe separation of even the most stubborn tyre beads. The pneumatically controlled vertical arm allows for effortless movement of the mounting head, providing more space for ergonomic and convenient wheel placement on the turntable.

Once the tyre is positioned, the automatic four-jaw clamping system, powered by dual cylinders, securely holds the wheel in place, ensuring stability and safety. Additionally, the monty® 3550 GP Plus comes standard with a comprehensive pneumatic bead assist system, making the mounting of ultra-high-performance (UHP) and run-flat tyres significantly easier.
